低分子肝素轮盘式改良注射方法在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用

摘要 目的―探讨低分子肝素轮盘式改良注射方法在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用。方法选取营口市中心医院收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取低分子肝素传统注射方法,观察组采取低分子肝素轮盘式改良注射方法,观察两组患者皮下硬结和皮下出血发生情况,并评价疼痛程度。结果观察组皮下硬结,皮下出血发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛程度低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素轮盘式改良注射方法在急性心肌梗死患者护理中可有效降低皮下硬结和皮下出血发生率,减轻疼痛程度,可推广应用。 Objective To observe the application of modified low molecular weight heparin rotary injectionmethod in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarctionadmitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into control group andobservation group with 40 cascs cach.In the clinical nursing.the control group adopts the traditional injection methodof low molecular weight heparin,and the research group adopts the improved injection method of low molecularweight heparin.The occurrence of subcutaneous induration and subcutancous bleeding was compared between thetwo groups to evaluate the degrees of pain and satisfaction.Results The incidence of subcutancous sclerosis andsubcutaneous bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Painscores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe modified injection method of low molecular weight heparin can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutancousinduration and subcutancous hemorrhage in the nursing of patients with acutc myocardial infarction,and reduce thedegree of pain,which is worthy of popularization.
