涟钢硅砖热风炉保温实践

Practice of Thermal Insulation of Silica Brick Hot Blast Stove in Lianyuan Steel

摘要 根据涟钢6#高炉热风炉的结构特点和所用耐火材料特性,制定了拱顶温度不小于900℃,硅砖界面温度在700℃以上,废气温度不高于400℃的工艺参数要求;通过用高炉煤气掺烧20%的转炉煤气烧炉和用助燃风反吹的方法来进行热风炉保温;在保温过程中通过不断调整反吹风量、小时烧煤气量和烧炉反吹频率,最终热风炉保温取得了显著成效,热风炉保温实践是涟钢历史上第一次成功对硅砖热风炉进行保温,为以后硅砖热风炉保温提供了很好的借鉴意义。 According to the structural characteristics of hot blast stove of No.6 blast furnace of Lianyuan Steel and the properties of refractory materials,the temperature of arch crown shall be not less than 900℃,the temperature of silica brick interface shall be above 700℃,and the temperature of waste gas shall be not higher than 400℃.The heat preservation of hot blast stove is carried out by burning 20%converter gas with blast furnace gas and back blowing with combustion supporting air;in the process of heat preservation,by constantly adjusting the back blowing air volume,hourly gas consumption and furnace back blowing frequency,the heat preservation of hot blast stove has achieved remarkable results.The practice of heat preservation for hot blast stove is the first time in the history of Lianyuan S teel,it provides a good reference for the insulation of silica brick hot blast stove in the future.
