摘要 热轧棒材生产时,每支钢坯的最后一根倍尺尾部大多存在尺寸超差或尾部存在质量缺陷,需要在冷剪剪切时切除。目前识别挑拣尾钢是人工识别并进行人工挑拣,本文通过对阳春新钢铁轧钢厂棒材生产的棒材尾部质量缺陷产生的原因进行深入研究,为彻底解决棒材尾尺毛刺对热轧棒材成品质量的影响,通过创新设计开发出一套热轧棒材智能尾尺筛选装置,本文介绍了热轧棒材智能尾尺筛选装置硬件系统及控制系统组成、动作流程以及其工艺流程等,并对热轧棒材智能尾尺筛选装置的控制原理,如尾尺自动识别、冷床动态数据模型等做出简要介绍,通过热轧棒材智能尾尺筛选装置的开发及应用能自动实现借助对齐辊道将尾尺突出其它倍尺150 mm,从而解决了以往需要人为钩尾尺的问题。 In the production of hot rolled bar, most of the end of each billet is out of size or has quality defects, so it needs to be cut out in cold cutting. Now we use artificial identification and manual pick. In this paper, through the in-depth study on the causes of the quality defects of the bar tail produced by Yangchun New Steel, and in order to thoroughly solve the problem that bar tail burr affected the quality of hot-rolled bar products, a set of intelligent tail end screening device for hotrolled bar is developed through innovative design. This paper introduces the hardware system and control system composition, action flow and process flow of intelligent tail end screening device for hot rolled bar. The control principle of intelligent tail end screening device for hot rolled bar is briefly introduced, including automatic identification of tail end, dynamic data model of cooling bed, etc. Through the development and application of intelligent tail end screening device for hotrolled bar, the tail end can be automatically protruded by 150 mm from the needed length with the help of aligning roller track, so as to solve the problem of manual hook tail end in the past.
