不同浓度ZNC免疫诱抗剂对4种作物种子芽长和根长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究了不同浓度ZNC免疫诱抗剂拌种对小麦、大豆、玉米、棉花种子的胚根长和芽长的影响。结果表明,3种不同浓度的ZNC免疫诱抗剂对作物种子的胚根长和芽长均表现出促进作用,但每种作物的最适促进浓度各不相同。小麦根长促生的最适浓度为0.02 mg/kg,芽长的最适浓度为0.01 mg/kg,增长率分别为22.3%和63.9%;大豆根长促生的最适浓度为0.005 mg/kg,增长率为17.1%,且随着浓度的增加,根长的促生作用逐渐减弱;玉米根长和芽长的最适浓度均为0.005 mg/kg,增长率分别为18.9%和47.3%;棉花根长的最适浓度为0.02 mg/kg,增长率为19.4%,且随着浓度的增加,促生作用逐渐增强。说明ZNC免疫诱抗剂能广谱地促进各种作物种子的根长和芽长的生长,该结果可为ZNC免疫诱抗剂的田间施用提供依据。 The experiment studied the effects of seed dressing with different concentrations of ZNC immune inducer agent on the radicle and bud length of wheat, soybean, corn and cotton seeds. The results showed that three different concentrations of ZNC immune inducers could promote the radicle length and bud length of crop seeds, but the optimal concentrations for each crop were different. The optimum concentration of ZNC immune inducer for promoting wheat root length growth was 0.02 mg/kg,the optimum concentration of ZNC immune inducer for sprout length was 0.01 mg/kg, the growth rate were 22.3% and 63.9%respectively;the optimum concentration of ZNC immune inducer for promoting soybean root length growth was 0.005 mg/kg, the growth rate was 17.1%, and with the increase of concentration, the promoting effect of root length gradually weakens;the optimum concentration ratio of corn root length and sprout length was 0.005 mg/kg, the growth rate were 18.9% and 47.3%respectively;the optimum concentration of cotton root length was 0.02 mg/kg, the growth rate was 19.4%, and with the increase of concentration, the growth promoting effect gradually increased. The results indicated that ZNC immune inducer could promote the growth of root and bud of all kinds of crop seeds, and provide the basis for the field application of ZNC immune inducer.
