铁路给水排水工程预算定额编制思路探讨

Discussion on Railway Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Budget Quota

铁路给水排水工程预算定额用于铁路给水排水工程设计概、预算编制,是铁路工程定额体系的重要组成部分。现行铁路给排水工程定额虽然能够满足使用要求,但也存在着覆盖不全面、部分名词不统一、工艺待更新等问题。此文通过分析2017版铁路给水排水工程工程预算定额的运用现状,针对现存问题提出了改进建议;梳理汇总参考资料,从顶层设计、数据收集、层级设置、子目修订等方面提出了修编定额的思路。

The budget quota of water supply and drainage engineering is used in the budget quota preparation of water supply and drainage engineering at design stage,which is an important part of the railway engineering quota system.Notwithstanding the need gratification,there are still some problems such as incomplete coverage,disunity of some terms,and process to be updated.Based on the analysis of the actuality of the budget quota of water supply and drainage engineering in 2017 version,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement in view of the existing problems,combs and summarizes the reference materials,and puts forward the idea of revising the quota from the aspects of top-level design,data collection,level setting,and sub item revision.
