摘要 EPC模式下,设计、采购、施工紧密结合,其中动车所施工作业点多面广,涉及到系统多且复杂,与土建工程结合密切,大量接口需要由相关设计、施工单位、设备供应商做好配合,土建工程提前作好预留。作好设计、采购、施工接口工程的管理事关工程是否能如期保质保量完成。本文从工程接口管理的作为切入点、结合盐通铁路建设南通动车所建设中的切身体会,对工程接口管理进行了研究,提出了EPC模式下物资采购和施工管理策略,为后续高铁项目建设提供了借鉴。 The design,procurement and construction are closely integrated under EPC mode.Due to the extensive construction and operation sites,complicated and numerous subsystems,closely integration with civil engineering,plenty of interfaces have to be recognized by related designing side,engineering side and equipment supplying side preferentially.The interfaces management between design,procurement and construction is critical to the completion of project in terms of quality and quantity which has been taken as the viewpoint management and researched in this paper.It is combined with the personal experiences by author in the construction of Yancheng-Nantong High-speed Railway.It is put forward the procurement and construction management strategy under the EPC mode,and is provided references for the construction of subsequent high-speed rail projects.
