摘要
维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者焦虑抑郁发生率高,并对预后产生不利影响。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情加重MHD患者焦虑抑郁情绪,医院肾内科结合实际情况,联合精神心理咨询科医生,从感染防控管理、宣教、心理干预等环节,对MHD患者的心理障碍进行防治。
Patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)have a high incidence of anxiety and depression,and this can have a negative impact on prognosis.The epidemic of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)has increased the incidence of psychological disorders in MHD patients.Combined with the actual situation,Department of Nephrology of the hospital combined with psychiatrists to prevent and treat the mental disorders of MHD patients by infection prevention and control management,propaganda,and psychological intervention.
