噪声性听力损失研究概况

Review on Noise-induced Hearing Loss

噪声性听力损失是我国公共卫生问题之一,其影响因素多、发病机制复杂,有必要对噪声性听力损失的研究现状进行梳理。根据现状研究,概述噪声性听力损失的含义及其损伤特征,说明噪声性听力损失受环境因素、个体因素和遗传因素等多种因素共同影响,提出应加强噪声与其他有害因素的联合防护,以保护劳动者健康。

Noise-induced hearing loss is one of the national public health problems.There are many influencing factors of noise-induced hearing loss,and the pathogenesis is complicated.It is necessary to review the research status of noise-induced hearing loss.The purpose of this article is to review the meaning of noise-induced hearing loss and its damage characteristics,and explain that noise-induced hearing loss is affected by environmental factors,individual factors and genetic factors.It is proposed that effective and comprehensive protection measures should be adopted to protect the workers from noise and other harmful factors.
