产业集聚视角下中国OFDI技术创新效应研究

Research on Technological Innovation Effect of China’s OFDI in Home Country from the Perspective of Industrial Agglomeration

基于双重产业集聚视角,以中国2010-2017年的省际面板数据为研究样本,理论和实证结合以及整体和局部结合的研究方法进行了分位数回归、全样本回归和东南沿海地区回归,分析了OFDI对母国不同产业集聚形式的影响因子以及在不同产业集聚视角下OFDI对母国技术创新的影响效果和影响路径。结果表明:OFDI会产生积极的母国产业专业化集聚效应和消极的产业多样化集聚效应;从全国来看,产业专业化集聚比产业多样化集聚对技术创新的促进作用大,而OFDI会通过产业集聚效应抑制母国的技术创新发展;从东南沿海地区来看,产业专业化集聚比产业多样化集聚对技术创新的抑制效果大,而OFDI通过产业集聚对母国技术创新有促进作用。

From the Perspective of dual industrial agglomeration,this article is based on panel data for 2010-2017 from 29 provinces in China.With the combination of theoretical and empirical,whole and part research methods,the regressions of quantile,full sample and southeast coastal areas are performed to analyze the influence of OFDI industrial agglomeration of home country and the influence path of OFDI technological innovation effect under the perspective of industrial agglomeration.The results show that:OFDI can produce positive industrial specialization effect and negative industrial diversification effect.From the perspective of the whole country,industrial specialization plays a bigger role in promoting technological innovation than industrial diversification,while OFDI will inhibit the development of technological innovation in the home country through industrial agglomeration effect.From the perspective of southeast coastal areas,industrial specialization has a greater inhibitory effect on technological innovation than industrial diversification,while OFDI can promote technological innovation in home countries through industrial agglomeration.
