摘要
动力变革是促进区域经济高质量发展的重要手段。基于熵值法对安徽省各地市的经济高质量发展水平、新动能水平以及传统动能水平进行综合测度的基础上,利用面板数据模型实证分析新动能、传统动能对安徽经济高质量发展的影响效应。结果表明,安徽省各地市经济高质量发展水平、新动能水平和传统动能水平均呈现明显的提高变动趋势,但在区域间也存在显著的非均衡性;新动能、传统动能对安徽经济高质量发展均存在显著的正向促进作用,并且新动能的影响效应高于传统动能,动力变革的影响效应存在一定的区域差异性,最后提出相关政策建议。
Dynamic change is an important instrument to promote the high-quality development of regional economy.The article was based on the entropy method to measure the level of high-quality economic development,the level of new kinetic energy and the level of traditional kinetic energy in Anhui province,combined panel data model analyze the impact of new kinetic energy and traditional kinetic energy on Anhui highquality economic development.The conclusion is that the level of high quality economic development,the level of new kinetic energy and the level of traditional kinetic energy in Anhui prefecture-level cities present an obvious trend of improvement,but there is also a significant imbalance between regions.Both new and traditional kinetic energy have a significant positive effect on Anhui high-quality economic development,and the influence effect of new kinetic energy is higher than the traditional kinetic energy.The influence effect of dynamic reform has certain regional differences.Finally,put forward relevant policy suggestions.
