后疫情时代大连市科技型中小微企业开放式创新与供给侧改革耦合研究

Coupling Research between Open Innovation and Supply-side Reform of Small,Medium and Micro Technology Enterprises in Dalian in the Post-epidemic Era

伴随着我国社会经济发展的迅猛态势,在东北经济振兴脚步加快的背景下,大连市作为东北地区发展方向明确且极具发展潜力的城市,其科技型中小微企业也面临着全新的变革,而开放式创新对科技型中小微企业是一个很好的选择,可以为企业提供全方位的资源整合。立足供给侧结构性改革与大连市科技型中小微企业开放式创新的耦合发展情况,探讨其全新的策略和路径,加快大连市产业经济转型,快速适应并融入全球化竞争环境。

Along with the rapidly social and economic development of our country,Dalian,as a city with a clear development direction and great development potential in northeast China,its small,medium and micro technology enterprises are also facing a new reform under the background of accelerating economic revitalization in Northeast China,however,open innovation is a good choice for these enterprises for it can provide enterprises with all-round resource integration.Based on the former conditions,this paper discussed the new strategy and path established in the coupled development of supply-side structural reform and open innovation of Dalian's small,medium and micro technology enterprises,aimed at speeding up the industrial economic transformation of Dalian and created a more harmonious social atmosphere for Dalian's small,medium and micro science and technology enterprises to quickly adapt to and to integrate into the fierce global competition environment.
