人才培养模式的创新对提高人才培养质量有着重要意义。上海海关学院国际商务专业在全面开放新格局背景下,对接全球化的商务环境,构建“四位一体”的国际商务人才培养模式,借助全球通用商科人才培养平台,以国际业务能力导向的建设理念深化教学改革,构建“全球视野、通用管理、通用规则、通用语言”四位一体的创新型国际商务人才培养模式,全面提升国际商务人才培养规格和质量。

The innovation of talent training mode is of great significance to improve the quality of talent training.This paper analyzes how Shanghai customs college can build a"four-in-one"international business talent training model by connecting with the new global business environment in the context of the new pattern of comprehensive opening up.That is to say,with the help of the global general business talent training platform,building an innovative‘Four-in-One’international business talent training mode integrating"global vision,general management,general rules and general language"on the base of deepening the teaching reform guided by international business capabilities so as to comprehensively improve the training quality.
