基于“优势互补、资源共享、共同发展”的对俄教育实践研究——以哈尔滨职业技术学院为例

Research on Education Practice in Russia Based on"Complementary Advantages,Resource Sharing and Common Development"--Take Harbin Vocational and Technical College as an Example

“一带一路”倡议为中国高职教育发展带来新的历史性机遇,立足于哈尔滨职业技术学院近年来对俄教育实践经验,从高水平院校对俄教育实践现状展开分析,对高水平院校对俄教育的规模、发展、格局三方面进行梳理,通过与俄罗斯友好合作院校建立国际化职业教育教师培训基地,系统开展国内教师海外培训以及国外教师在中国的培训,建立稳定的国际化师资培养和派出体系等方式,树立国际化创新教育理念,创新人才培养模式,助推高水平院校在职业教育的发展过程中与“一带一路”倡议的有机结合,不断提升高水平院校专业建设水平,推动我国高水平院校实现国际化发展。

The"the belt and road initiative"initiative brings new historic opportunities for the development of China's higher vocational education.Base on that educational experience of Harbin vocational and technical college in recent years,Based on the educational practice experience of Harbin Vocational and Technical College to Russia in recent years,this paper analyzes the present situation of educational practice of high-level colleges to Russia,Combing the scale,development and pattern of high-level colleges'education in Russia.By establishing an international vocational education teacher training base with Russian friendly and cooperative colleges,the overseas training of domestic teachers and the training of foreign teachers in China are systematically carried out.Establish a stable international teacher training and dispatching system,establish an international innovative education concept,innovate the talent training mode.Promote the organic integration of high-level colleges and universities with the"the belt and road initiative"initiative in the development of vocational education,Continuously improve the professional construction level of high-level colleges and universities,and promote the internationalization development of high-level colleges and universities in China.
