摘要 在线教学能够实现信息投递、学习反馈和知识众筹。传统的ELISA原理教学侧重信息投递,而学习反馈和知识众筹欠缺。本教学团队利用雨课堂进行ELISA原理的在线教学。以需求为引导,激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生主动接受知识,使信息投递有效化;以视觉化、动态化教学手段,营造知识场景,引导学生思考,实现知识众筹;通过实时评估答题和讨论结果,巩固提升教学效果。本实验理论的在线教学设计极大提升了学生的参与感和学习效果,得到了学生的充分肯定。 The online teaching could complete delivery of information,feedback of learning and rediscovery of knowledge.Traditional theoretical teaching of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)focuses on the delivery of information,but lacks of feedback of learning and rediscovery of knowledge.We use the Rain Classroom for online theoretical teaching of ELISA.Showing the needs to guide students,which stimulates their interest in learning and promotes them to actively accept knowledge,could make delivery of information effective.Using visual and animated teaching methods to create a knowledge scene,which guides students to think,could achieve rediscovery of knowledge.During the period,the real-time evaluation of the results of exam and discussion was carried out to consolidate and enhance teaching effect.Our design of online theoretical teaching of ELISA,which has greatly improved students'sense of participation and learning effect,has been highly appreciated by students.
