小微企业中薪酬满意度与工作绩效关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 薪酬和绩效在人力资源管理中占据了重要地位。薪酬满意度是企业员工的情感体验,直接关系着企业的内部氛围,对于薪酬满意度高的员工,会积极回报企业及客户,满意度低的员工容易出现消极情绪。而工作绩效是企业提升经济效益的重要因素之一,也是衡量员工工作的一个指标。对薪酬满意度和工作绩效的关系展开研究,有助于企业制定合理的薪酬标准,对员工的心理需求有一个清晰认知,增加员工的组织认同感,减少人才的流失,吸引更多优秀人才的加入,对于小微企业来说人才资源是发展企业的基础力量,提高企业的核心竞争力是企业发展的重要因素。本文将通过对薪酬满意度与工作绩效关系提出假设,对中小企业的员工进行问卷调查薪酬满意度和工作绩效,进行实例数据分析研究二者的相关、回归关系,为小微企业的薪酬制定提供合理的参考意见,提高企业的管理水平。 Salary and performance play an important role in human resource management.Salary satisfaction is the emotional experience of employees,which is directly related to the internal atmosphere of the enterprise.Employees with high salary satisfaction will positively repay the enterprise and customers,while employees with low satisfaction are prone to negative emotions.Job performance is one of the important factors to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,and it is also an indicator to measure the work of employees.Research on the relationship between salary satisfaction and job performance is helpful for enterprises to formulate reasonable salary standards,understand employees’psychological needs,increase employees’organizational identity,reduce brain drain,and attract more excellent talents to join.For small and micro enterprises,human resources are the basic power and core competitiveness.This paper will put forward the hypothesis of the relationship between salary satisfaction and job performance,conduct a questionnaire survey on the salary satisfaction and job performance in small and medium-sized enterprises,conduct case data analysis,and study the correlation and regression relationship between the two,so as to provide reasonable reference for the salary formulation in small and micro enterprises and improve the management of enterprises.
