“三阶段”农村教师混合式培训模式的实践与反思——以湖北省特级教师巡回讲学项目为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前农村教师培训存在的不足及现实诉求,湖北省继教中心结合国内外教师专业发展趋势,提出了"三阶段"农村教师混合式培训模式,在湖北省特级教师巡回讲学项目中进行了实践,取得了较好的效果,但也存在一些不足,有待改进。 In response to the current deficiencies and realistic demands of rural teacher training,Hubei Provincial Secondary Education Center put forward the“three-stage”hybrid training model,according to the teaching trends of at home and abroad.The model is practiced in a teaching project and has achieved good result.The problems in the research are also considered.
