高校寝室是大学生学习生活的重要场地,是大学生思想和文化交流的重要场所,是高校教育全方位育人的主要阵地。而高校寝室文化是搭建高校第一课堂和第二课堂的重要载体,是高校育人环节中最具影响力的文化之一;寝室作为大学生交流思想、沟通信息的主要地方,是学生实现自我管理、自我服务和自我教育的实践基地。通过分析高校寝室文化建设的意义和功能,分析高校寝室文化建设存在的问题,列举具体学院有效做法,提出寝室文化建设的对策途径和方法。

Dormitory is an important place to study and live for college students.It`s a vital place for college students to exchange thoughts and culture.it`s the main position in all-round education for college students.Dormitory culture is the carrier of the first study class and the second class,and is one of most influential cultures in the college education;As the main place for students to exchange ideas and communication,dormitory is valuable for students to realize self-management,self-service and self-education.This article analyzes the value and function of dormitory culture in colleges and problems in dormitory culture and gives measures and methods for dormitory culture construction.
