摘要 采用便携式SPAD叶绿素仪和80%丙酮浸取法测定大连民族大学校园内四类功能群共八种植物叶片的SPAD值和叶绿素含量,并对二者进行相关性分析。结果表明:不同功能群和不同物种之间SPAD与叶绿素含量差异极显著(P≤0.001),但变化趋势不同;加杨、银杏以及冬青的SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量之间存在显著的相关关系,而紫丁香、紫藤、萝藦、苣荬菜以及车前的SPAD值与叶绿素含量之间无显著关系。因此,SPAD叶绿素仪和80%丙酮浸取法在叶绿素测定时虽均可体现不同功能群和物种间差异,但SPAD叶绿素仪不能完全取代丙酮法测定,在选择实验方法时,应根据具体实验设计而定。 SPAD values and chlorophyll contents in leaves of eight species of four functional groups were determined by portable SPAD chlorophyll meter and 80%acetone extraction method in the campus of Dalian Minzu University,and the correlations between them were analyzed.The results showed that SPAD and chlorophyll contents in different functional groups and species were significantly different(P≤0.001),but the variation trend was not the same.There were significant linear relationship between the SPAD and the content of chlorophyll a,b and total chlorophyll in Populus×canadensis,Ginkgo biloba and Ilex chinensis.However,the SPAD and chlorophyll contents of Syringa oblata,Wisteria sinensis,Metaplexis japonica,Sonchus arvensis and Plantago asiatica were not significantly related.Therefore,although SPAD chlorophyll meter and 80%acetone extraction method could reflect the differences among different functional groups and different species in the determination of chlorophyll,SPAD chlorophyll meter couldn't completely replace the acetone method in the determination of chlorophyll,and the selection of experimental method should be determined according to the specific experimental design.
