摘要
为进一步提高应用型工程人才的培养质量,适应社会产业升级和高校转型的需要,各地方普通本科院校逐步对应用型人才培养模式展开了研究和探索。OBE教育理念是以预期学习成果产出为中心组织、实施和评价人才培养的一种教育模式。以大连民族大学机电类专业为例,通过分析当前应用型人才培养现状,以OBE教育理念为基础对工程应用型人才培养目标、培养模式、实施方法和学习预期成果产出的评价机制进行设计,改变了传统教学观念的弊端,提高了学生工程实践与创新能力,为培养工程应用型人才提供借鉴经验。
In order to further improve the training quality of applied engineering talents and adapt to the needs of social industrial upgrading and university transformation,local ordinary colleges and universities have gradually carried out research and exploration on the training mode of applied engineering talents.The OBE educational concept is an educational model to organize,implement and evaluate talent cultivation based on expected learning outcomes.In this paper,the electromechanical engineering majors of Dalian Minzu University are taken as an example,and the problems existing in the current application-oriented personnel training are analyzed.Based on the OBE's education concept,the training objective,training mode,implementation method and evaluation mechanism of learning expected results of the engineering applied talents are designed.By the practice,the disadvantages of traditional teaching concept are changed and the students'engineering practice and innovation ability are improved.It can be served as a reference for cultivating engineering applied talents.
