摘要
主要污染物总量减排是调整经济结构、转变发展方式的重大举措,通过实施主要污染物总量减排来改善民生,改善环境。文章阐述了我国主要污染物总量减排的现状,总结了目前工作中存在的一些问题,对其进行了剖析,提出了相关的治理对策和措施。
The total emission reduction of major pollutants is an important measure to adjust the economic structure and change the development mode.It can improve people’s livelihood and improve the environment by implementing the total emission reduction of major pollutants.This paper describes the current situation of total emission reduction of major pollutants in China,summarizes some problems existing in the current work,analyzes them,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and measures.
