针对城市道路机动车保有量迅速增加、尾气污染日益凸显、管控压力不断加大的现状,文章结合城市高排放车辆筛选与整治、融合尾气遥感检测、重型柴油车黑烟视频抓拍以及道路环境空气质量实时监测等多种技术手段,为城市机动车污染监管体系的建立和完善,提供实用高效的监测技术保障和充足有效的监测数据支撑。

In view of the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles on urban roads,the increasingly prominent exhaust pollution,and the increasing pressure of control,this paper combines the screening and remediation of urban high emission vehicles,the integration of remote sensing detection of exhaust gas,the video capture of black smoke of heavy diesel vehicles and real-time monitoring of road air quality,so as to establish and improve the urban vehicle pollution monitoring system,Provide practical and efficient monitoring technical support and sufficient and effective monitoring data support.
