摘要 在文章开展的土壤中铅和镉测定研究中,采用微波消解石墨炉原子吸收法,通过硝酸-氢氟酸-盐酸体系和微波炉消解条件,开展土壤消解,并最终用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计完成测定。为更好证明方法的有效性,研究还基于果园土壤镉和铅空间分布特征开展了研究,为消除测定可能面临的干扰,研究加入了磷酸二氢铵基体改进剂,微波消解石墨炉原子吸收法的应用优势,因此得到了更好保障。 In the study of determination of lead and cadmium in soil,Microwave Digestion Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to carry out soil digestion through nitric acid hydrofluoric acid hydrochloric acid system and microwave digestion conditions,and finally the determination was completed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer.In order to better prove the effectiveness of the method,the study also carried out research based on the spatial distribution characteristics of cadmium and lead in orchard soil.In order to eliminate the possible interference,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate matrix modifier was added in the study,so the application advantages of microwave digestion GFAAS were better guaranteed.
