UCT生物反应池内鸟粪石产生成因分析

摘要 以生活污水和含镁工业废水为水源的污水处理厂UCT生物反应池出现了大量漂浮的白色固体,经分析其主要成分为鸟粪石。通过鸟粪石的形成原因与污水生物处理运行条件的对比分析,进一步了解鸟粪石出现对生物脱氮除磷的积极影响,以及对污泥量的影响;鸟粪石是含磷量很高的一种绿色缓释肥,鸟粪石结晶能够实现同步脱氮除磷,降低污泥处理费用,而且能增加污水处理厂经济效益。 A large number of floating white solids appeared in the UCT biological reaction tank of the sewage treatment plant using domestic sewage and magnesium-containing industrial wastewater as water sources.After analysis,the main component was struvite.Through the comparative analysis of the formation reasons of struvite and the operating conditions of biological treatment of sewage,we can further understand the positive effects of struvite on biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal,as well as the impact on the amount of sludge;struvite is very high in phosphorus a kind of green slow-release fertilizer,struvite crystals can achieve simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal,reduce sludge treatment costs,and increase the economic benefits of sewage treatment plants.
