摘要
浙江省生态环境损害赔偿制度改革方案及配套文件形成了我省生态环境损害赔偿的“1+4”制度体系。文章对制度体系进行了解读,对各地市试行期间的实践经验进行了阶段性总结,并对试行过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,为进一步完善我省生态环境损害赔偿制度体系提供参考。
The“1+4”institutional system of eco-environmental damage compensation in Zhejiang Province is formed by the reform scheme and supporting documents of eco-environmental damage compensation system in Zhejiang Province.This paper interprets the institutional system,summarizes the practical experience of various cities during the trial period,and discusses the problems existing in the trial process,so as to provide reference for further improving the ecological environment damage compensation system in our province.
