水利建设项目施工期环境保护咨询工作要点——以引江济淮工程(安徽段)为例

Key points of environmental protection consultation during construction period of water conservancy construction project——Taking the Yangtze River to Huaihe River project(Anhui section)as an example

近年来,国家明确要求大力推进生态文明建设,系统推进水污染防治、水生态保护,实行最严格环保制度。针对水利建设项目的特点,本文通过分析引江济淮工程(安徽段)施工期环境保护咨询的定位与作用,总结了环境保护咨询的工作要点,以期为其他水利工程施工期环境保护咨询工作提供一定参考与借鉴。

In recent years,the state has clearly demanded the development of an ecological civilization by implementing the strictest environmental protection system,including the promotion of water-pollution prevention and the protection of water ecology.In view of the characteristics of water conservancy construction projects,this paper analyzes the orientation and function of environmental protection consultation during the construction period of Anhui section of the diversion project from the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River,and summarizes the key points of environmental protection consultation,aiming to provide an introduction and reference to other environmental protection consultation projects in their construction period.
