轨道车辆司机室操作台复合材料VOC和气味改善研究

Research on the improvement of VOC and odor of composite materials for a railway vehicle cab console

VOC改善是提高材料环保指标的重要方法,更改材料配方,烘烤后处理,通风后处理是改善VOC的三个主要措施,文章选用司机室操作台FRP,PUR,PHONEY三种材料,采用烘烤结合通风的后处理工艺和更换材料的方法,验证分析了其对VOC和气味的改善效果,改善后TVOC散发浓度符合中车企标要求。

VOC improvement is an important method to enhance the environmental protection index of materials.Changing the material formulation,post-baking treatment,and post-ventilation treatment are the three main measures to improve VOC.In this paper,three materials of driver's cab console,FRP,PUR and PHONEY,are selected.The post-treatment process of baking combined with ventilation and the method of replacing materials were used to verify the improvement effect of VOC and odor.The improved TVOC emission concentration met the requirements of CRRC's standard.
