摘要
汽轮发电机定子绕组端部结构的共振为电机的安全运行带来很大的隐患,有效避免端部的共振具有重要意义。文章选择某大型汽轮机组为研究对象,首先对定子绕组端部进行模态试验,得到相应的自振频率及振型;然后采用ABAQUS软件对其振动特性进有限元仿真分析;最后将仿真分析结果与模态试验进行对比,验证了该仿真方法的可行性及该结构设计的合理性。
The sympathetic vibration for the stator end winding of the turbo-generator makes great risk to the secure running of electric power,so it makes great sense to avoid the sympathetic vibration of large-scale generator stator endings efectively.In this project,the structure of large turbo-generator stator end windings was taken as the research subject.Obtain the natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes of the structures by modal testing experiment first,and then the vibration characteristics was analyzed with the finite software ABAQUS.Compare the results of modal testing experiment and calculation to check the feasibility of this simulation method and the reasonability of the structure of stator end winding.
