摘要
文章从制动缸结构原理入手,对防尘套原材料质量、气室内部压力变化、外物打击等因素进行论述,在相关试验的验证下,最终找出防尘套出现破裂故障的原因,可为后续制动央钳设计及应用提供参考和依据。
Starting with the structural principle of the brake cylinder,the paper discusses the factors such as the quality of the dust jacket raw materials,the pressure change inside the air chamber,the impact of foreign objects,etc..Under the verification of relevant tests,the causes of the rupture failure of the dust cover in the application are finally found out,which provides reference and basis for the design and application of the subsequent brake caliper.
