文章在阐述“双随机、一公开”消防监督检查制度建设的意义和实施现状的基础上,提出建设消防监督检查名录库,可以提高消防监督检查工作的质量和水平,适应新消法执法要求,从而更好地发挥消防监督检查的作用。

On the basis of expounding the significance and implementation status of the construction of"double random and one open"fire supervision and inspection system,this article proposes to build a fire supervision and inspection database,which can improve the quality of fire supervision and insection,adapt to the law enforcement requirements of the new consumption law,so as to better play the role of fire control supervision and inspection.
