中医推拿疗法结合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of Chinese massage therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis

摘要 选择我院2019年1-12月收治的72个病历,以随机数字表法将肩周炎患者进行试验分组,评价中医推拿疗法结合体外冲击波疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效。结果表明:试验组肩周炎患者治疗总有效率94.4%,对照组肩周炎患者治疗总有效率81.6%。研究结果可为肩周炎康复治疗工作提供参考,为肩周炎的临床治疗方式提供新的思路。 72 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided in two groups,which to evaluate the eficacy of Chinese massage therapy combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.The results showed that total effective rate was 94.4%in the experimental group and 81.6%in the control group.Research results can provide reference for rehabilitation treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and new ideas for clinical treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
