急性心肌梗死后急性肾损伤的发病机制及早期诊断研究进展 被引量:9

Research progress in pathogenesis and early diagnosis of acute kidney injury after acute myocardial infarction

摘要 急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)后急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的发生机制主要包括血流动力学机制及非血流动力学机制如神经体液机制等。AMI患者存在高龄、合并糖尿病等危险因素时,发生AKI的风险更大。心、肾生物标志物可用于AMI并发AKI的早期诊断。本文主要综述了AMI后AKI的发病机制及早期诊断的研究进展。
