1例重症自身免疫性脑炎病人的护理 被引量：1

摘要 自身免疫性脑炎(autoimmune encephalitis,AE)泛指一类由自身免疫机制介导的脑炎。自身免疫性脑炎急性或亚急性起病,通常无特异性表现,因此鉴别诊断较困难,是临床误诊率较高的神经科急症之一[1]。有研究发现,自身免疫性脑炎病人就诊原因多以精神症状为首发,易被诊断为精神类疾病,从而延误治疗,导致病人落下终身残疾或死亡[2]。
