时间压力与心理摆脱的曲线关系:特质性工作投入的调节作用 被引量:2

Curvilinear Relationship Between Time Pressure and Psychological Detachment:the Moderation of Trait Work Engagement

摘要 基于个体内部的视角,采用经验取样法和日志研究方法,探索工作日内个人时间压力与心理摆脱的曲线关系,以及个人特质性工作投入的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)在控制员工基准线的时间压力和心理摆脱水平后,工作日内上午的时间压力与傍晚的心理摆脱呈显著U形曲线关系;(2)特质性工作投入显著调节工作日内上午的时间压力与傍晚心理摆脱的曲线关系。研究结果为全面深入了解时间压力的作用及其边界条件提供了启示,同时也能为员工合理安排工作和管理时间压力,提高工作效率和实现工作生活平衡提供建议。 Taking a within-person perspective and using experience sampling method and diary study,this research aims to explore the curvilinear relationship between daily time pressure and psychological detachment,and the moderation of individual trait work engagement.The results show that:(1)after controlling employees’baseline time pressure and psychological detachment,morning time pressure on working days is related to evening psychological detachment in a U-shaped manner;(2)trait work engagement significantly moderates the curvilinear relationship between morning time pressure and evening psychological detachment.The research findings provide significant implications for understanding the effect of time pressure and its relevant boundary conditions,and offer suggestions for the employees to arrange their work and manage time effectively to achieve a balance between productivity and high-quality life.
