摘要
挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)被列为重点控制的大气污染防治重点污染物,而炼油化工企业是工业挥发性有机污染物排放的重要源头之一。了解典型炼化企业排放VOCs的情况和处理现状对控制工业企业VOCs的排放十分必要。本文针对炼化企业的特点,从不同排放环节出发,理清VOCs的排放方式和典型的排放污染物种类,进而深入分析炼化企业VOCs的排放特征,总结了当前不同排放环节VOCs的处理现状及各类技术的适用范围和优缺点,为炼化企业的VOCs管控提供参考。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)have been listed as the key prevention and control pollutants in air,while refining and chemical enterprises is considered to be one of the important sources of VOCs emission.To control VOCs emission from refining and chemical enterprises,it is necessary to understand the typical VOCs emission and the existing treatment status.In this paper,the emission methods of VOCs and the types of typical pollutants were first identified based on the characteristics of refining and chemical enterprises and the different emission links of VOCs.Then,the emission characteristics of refining and chemical enterprises were further analyzed.Finally,the current treatment status at different emission links of VOCs as well as the merits and demerits and application scope of various technologies were summarized.The present study can provide reference for the control of VOCs in refining and chemical enterprises.
