摘要
微弱信号检测,尤其是微弱电流信号的检测,是发展高精尖技术、发现和探索新的客观世界规律的重要方法,广泛应用于分析化学、测试计量、航空航天、生物医学、地理学、物理学等领域,对推动有关方面的发展具有重大的意义。微弱电流检测属于微弱信号检测的一个重要的分支;微弱电流有个普遍的定义,即不大于10-6安培的电流信号,因为其极其容易被噪声吞没的性质,使得其检测下限很难达到皮安级别水平,即使能够达到该水平也难以保证160dB的动态范围,鉴于此,本文提出了一种基于匹配三极管的开平方电路测量方案,实现了0.1pA到1uA范围内的微弱电流测量,动态范围高达160dB。。
Weak signal detection methods are widely used in various fields,such as analytical chemistry,test and measurement,aerospace,bio medicine,geography,physics,and so on.With the increasing demand,the need for accurate detection of weak signals is very urgent.Weak signal detection technology is an important way to develop advanced technology,explore and discover new natural laws,and it is of great significance to promote the development of relevant aspects.Weak current detection belongs to a significant branch of weak signal detection.There is a well-known definition of weak current,that is,current less than 10-6 amperes.Because of its characteristics of being easily submerged by noise,its detection lower limit is difficult to reach the level of10-12 amperes,even if it can reach this level,it is difficult to guarantee the dynamic range of 160dB.In this chapter,an amplifier circuit topology is proposed,which allows for both high accuracy and wide dynamic range.
