Bair Hugger患者升温系统预防老年腹腔镜手术患者围手术期低温及寒战的效果分析

Effect of Bair Hugger patient warming system in preventing perioperative hypothermia and chills in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨Bair Hugger患者升温系统预防老年腹腔镜手术患者围手术期低温及寒战的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年7月行全身麻醉的腹腔镜手术老年患者100例,随机分为2组各50例。对照组采取静脉输液加温的方式保温,观察组在此基础上采用患者升温系统保温。观察患者围手术期体温变化,评估患者术中寒战程度。结果:术中10 min、30 min、60 min以及术毕,观察组体温均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组寒战发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:老年腹腔镜手术患者使用Bair Hugger患者升温系统,围手术期体温保持恒定,能有效预防寒战发生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Bair Hugger patient warming system in preventing perioperative hypothermia and chills in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:100 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia between January 2018 and July 2019 were selected and randomized into 2 groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given heat preservation by intravenous infusion warming,and on this basis,the observation group was given heat preservation with patient warming system.Changes of perioperative body temperature were observed,and the degree of chills during surgery was evaluated.Results:Body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 10 min,30 min and 60 min after the beginning of surgery and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).The incidence rate of chills in observation group was lower than that in control group(6.00%vs 20.00%).Conclusion:Using Bair Hugger patient warming system in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can maintain constant body temperature during surgery and effectively prevent occurrence of chills.
