摘要
文章介绍了保信系统的整体网络结构、数据传输路径和具体功能,并针对变电站保信子站通信中断故障频发的问题,结合保信系统的网络结构,提出了一套通用、全面的故障处理方法,包括作业前的风险预控与评估、故障定位与排除、排查过程与方法。通过分析两起分别因软、硬件故障导致通信中断的处理实例,证明了本文提出方法的可行性和有效性,提高了保信子站通信中断故障的处理效率和准确性,确保了各级调度对电网故障信息的快速、准确获取,为事故事件的及时处理提供了有力的数据支撑。
This paper introduces the overall network structure,data transmission path and specific functions of the system.Aiming at the problem of frequent communication interruption in the substation,combined with the network structure of the system,a set of general and comprehensive fault handling methods are proposed,including risk pre control and assessment before operation,fault location and elimination,and troubleshooting process and method.Through the analysis of two cases of communication interruption caused by software and hardware faults,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved.It improves the efficiency and accuracy of communication interruption fault processing in Baoxin substation,ensures the rapid and accurate acquisition of power grid fault information by all levels of dispatching,and provides strong data support for timely handling of accidents..
