2008-2017年乌鲁木齐市城镇居民休闲消费潜力测度研究

A Study on Measurement of Leisure Consumption Potential of Urban Residents in Urumqi City in 2008-2017

本文选择乌鲁木齐市近十年的相关经济统计数据,建立休闲消费潜力指标体系与测度模型,进行指标权重赋值以及休闲消费消费潜力测评,研究发现:(1)权重赋值层面,休闲消费能力是对居民休闲消费最重要的影响因素;(2)综合测度层面,2008-2017年乌鲁木齐市城镇居民综合评价指数整体呈积极上升趋势,前后数据相差8倍;(3)子系统测度与等级分布层面,休闲消费环境潜力指数呈稳步上升趋势。其中,三个子系统指标中潜力指数涨幅最大的是休闲消费能力,且等级的时间分布都集中在中度水平及以下并不对等。根据分析结果提出以下建议:(1)重视创新,积极创新休闲消费产品。(2)调整社会财富分配结构,加强社会保障。(3)优化休闲消费产品供给结构,树立积极健康的休闲消费观念。

The paper selects the relevant economic statistics of Urumqi in the past ten years,establishes the index system and measurement model of leisure consumption potential,and evaluates the index weight and leisure consumption poten⁃tial.Data shows that(1)leisure consumption ability was the most important factor affecting residents’leisure consump⁃tion at the weight assignment level;(2)the comprehensive evaluation index of urban residents in Urumqi showed a positive upward trend as a whole from 2008 to 2017 and the difference between the data before and after was 8 times;(3)in subsys⁃tem measure and grade distribution level,leisure consumption environment potential index showed a steady upward trend,among which the potential index of the three subsystems increasing the most was the leisure consumption ability and the time distribution of the grade was concentrated in the moderate level.The paper proposes the following suggestions based on the analysis:(1)innovating leisure consumer products actively;(2)Restructuring the distribution structure of social wealth and strengthening social security;(3)optimizing the supply structure of leisure consumption products and establish⁃ing a positive and healthy concept of leisure consumption.
