巩固深化闽台高等教育交流合作的思考

A Reflection on Strengthening and Deepening Higher Education Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan

自福建省实施闽台教育交流与合作工程以来,闽台高等教育交流合作快速发展,取得了喜人的成效,但同时也面临不少困难。当前闽台高等教育交流合作存在政治因素造成的交流合作不对等、两岸教育制度理念差异、联合办学质量监管不足等主要问题。为此应在当前形势下采取加强理论研究、加大政策支持、调整合作重心、构建合作平台、强化质量建设等措施巩固深化闽台高等教育交流合作。

Gratifying results have been achieved in the field of higher education cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan since the implementation of the project of Fujian-Taiwan Education Exchanges and Cooperation in 2008.But actually,the project has been encountering difficulties and problems,such as the unequal exchange and cooperation caused by political factors,the cross-Strait differences in educational institutions and ideas,and the lack of quality supervision of joint education.This article accordingly proposes the countermeasures to consolidate and develop Fujian-Taiwan higher education cooperation by enhancing theoretical study,intensifying policy support,adjusting center-of-gravity of cooperation,establishing platform for cooperation and strengthening quality supervision.
