摘要
为解决传统铺挂台车在防排水卷材铺挂过程中存在的机械化装备水平和铺挂效率低、铺挂平整度及密贴性差等问题,基于自粘式防排水卷材铺挂工艺研制了铁路隧道新型防排水卷材铺挂台车。阐述了其系统构成、功能特点,并进行了结构检算。通过在成贵铁路铁盔山隧道现场试验确定了新型铺挂台车自动铺挂工艺。试验结果表明新型铺挂台车结构适应性好、功能稳定,不仅铺挂工效及施工质量较传统铺挂台车大幅提高,而且能有效避免由于人工铺挂导致的质量缺陷,减少运营期衬砌病害。
In order to solve the problems of low level of mechanization,low efficiency of laying,poor flatness and tightness existed in the process of waterproof and drainage coiled material laying and hanging,a new type of waterproof and drainage coiled material paving trolley for railway tunnel was developed based on the self-adhesive waterproof and drainage coiled material laying and hanging technology.This paper expounded its structure and function characteristics,and carries out structural checking calculation.The automatic laying and hanging technology of new type paving trolley was determined though the field test in the Tiekuishan tunnel of Chengdu-Guiyang railway.The test results show that,the new type of paving and hanging trolley has good structural adaptability and stable function.It can not only greatly improve the paving efficiency and construction quality,but also effectively avoid the quality defects caused by manual paving and hanging,and reduce the lining diseases during the operation period.
