摘要
既有高速客运专线道岔铺设是有砟线路大修施工中的重点和难点,目前国内客运专线道岔铺设施工主要以18号及以下型号道岔为主。通过调研国内既有线路有砟道岔铺设施工,总结了国内为数不多的客专42号单开道岔铺设施工成功经验。对客专42号单开有砟道岔铺设施工技术进行优化,提出一套机械化整体铺设施工工法,以提高大号道岔铺设施工效率和质量,并为后续既有高速铁路大号道岔铺设提供参考。
The turnout laying of the existing high speed passenger dedicated railway is the key and difficult point in the ballast track overhaul construction.At present,the turnout laying construction of domestic passenger dedicated railway is mainly based on the type of turnout No.18 and below.Based on the investigation of ballasted turnout laying construction of existing railways in China,the experience of laying No.42 single turnout of ballasted track on passenger dedicated railway was summarized in this paper.Taking the laying construction of No.42 single turnout of ballasted track on passenger dedicated railway as the research object,the laying construction technology was optimized,a set of mechanized overall laying construction method was put forward to improve the construction efficiency and quality of large turnout laying.It can provide reference for the subsequent large turnout laying of existing high speed railway.
