基于“智慧”过程模型的广西智慧农业发展状态测度分析 被引量:13

摘要 基于农业"智慧"过程模型,运用灰关联分析法对所建立的智慧农业发展状态评价指标体系进行筛选,采用熵权TOPSIS模型测算2008—2017年广西智慧农业发展状态。结果表明,在研究期广西智慧农业发展状态水平显著提高但增速放缓;农业科技创新能力对广西智慧农业发展状态具有直接拉动作用;农业保险、电商企业比重、农业固定资产投资和技术共享水平对广西智慧农业发展状态有显著正效应;此外,广西智慧农业可持续发展状况较差,亟待改善。 Based on the agricultural"smart"process model,this paper uses the grey relational analysis method to screen the established smart agriculture development status evaluation index system,and uses the entropy TOPSIS model to calculate the development status of Guangxi smart agriculture from 2008 to 2017.The results show that during the study period,the development level of Guangxi’s smart agriculture has improved significantly but the growth rate has slowed down;the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation has a direct role in the development of Guangxi’s smart agriculture;agricultural insurance,the proportion of e-commerce enterprises,agricultural fixed asset investment and technology sharing The level has a significant positive effect on the development of Guangxi’s smart agriculture;in addition,the sustainable development of Guangxi’s smart agriculture is poor and needs urgent improvement.
