摘要
以聚醚多元醇、MDI-100、二醇扩链剂、色膏和复合催化剂等为原料,制备了双组分聚氨酯弹性体密封防水材料。考察了以聚醚和炭黑制备色膏的混合方式、增塑剂用量、扩链剂种类及用量对该弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,当增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯质量分数为7%、扩链剂1,4-丁二醇质量分数为5.2%并使用以聚醚和炭黑经过研磨混合方式制备色膏时,所制备的聚氨酯弹性体密封防水材料邵A硬度为35,拉伸强度为3.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为1280%,综合性能较佳。
The low modulus two-component polyurethane elastomer was prepared by using polyether polyols,MDI-50,chain extender,color paste and composite catalyst,etc.The effects of the mixing method of polyether and carbon black,the amount of plasticizer,the choice and amount of chain extender on the mechanical properties of elastomer were studied.The results showed that the hardness of polyurethane elastomer seal waterproof material was 35 Shore A,tensile strength was 3.5 MPa,and elongation at break was 1280%when the DOP mass fraction was 7%,the chain extender BDO mass fraction was 5.2%and the color paste was prepared by grinding polyether and carbon black.Its comprehensive properties were excellent.
