摘要
介绍了木枕及混凝土轨枕存在的问题,以及玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯泡沬轨枕(也称合成轨枕)的国内外研究和进展。对合成轨枕与木枕的力学、动态疲劳、道钉抗拔及道床纵横向阻力性能进行了室内测试并加以对比,论证了合成轨枕能够满足我国国铁线路使用的性能要求和安全要求。
The defects of timber/concrete sleeper in railway was summarized,the research and the progress of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane foam sleeper(synthetic sleeper)at home and abroad were introduced.The mechanical performance,dynamic fatigue performance,spike pulling performance,track resistance of synthetic sleeper and timber sleeper were tested laboratory and compared.It was tested that the synthetic sleeper could meet the requirements of performance and safety in national railway.
