轨道交通用单组分PU发泡胶VOC的测定

摘要 通过顶空法、重量法、环境气体定量分析法、袋式法和便携式快速袋式法5种方法相结合对聚氨酯发泡胶VOC释放情况进行研究。结果表明,聚氨酯发泡胶VOC主要贡献物质为发泡剂,5种方法相结合能够实现对VOC的定性、定量分析及其释放规律研究,并且发现快速袋式法作为一种快速便携的VOC测试方法能够实现对聚氨酯发泡胶产品VOC散发情况的快速检测和验证。 VOC released by polyurethane foam was studied by combining the five methods of headspace method,gravimetric method,ambient air quantitative analysis,bag method and rapid bag method(RBM).The results showed that the main VOC contributor of polyurethane foam was foaming agents,and the combination of five testing methods could achieve the qualitative and quantitative analysis of VOC of polyurethane foam and obtained the law of VOC releasing.The rapid bag method as a fast portable VOC tester could realize the rapid detection and verification of VOC emission from polyurethane foam products.
