摘要
高轻质、耐高温合金有着广泛的应用前景。在本文中,将纯Ti箔和SiC p/Al复合箔在660℃下退火,利用SEM对不同退火时间的样品进行观察分析,研究了Ti(Al,Si)3的抛物线生长动力学。XRD结果表明,SiC颗粒的引入及其Si元素的固溶改变了TiAl 3的晶格稳定性。
In the present work, Ti(Al,Si)3 was prepared by annealing pure Ti foil and SiCp/Al composite foil at 660℃.The parabolic growth kinetics of Ti(Al,Si)3 was studied by SEM analysis of samples with different annealing times. X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrated that the solid solution formed by the introduction of SiC particles and Si alloying significantly influenced the lattice stability of TiAl3.
