摘要
本文阐述了医用聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)的合成方法及医用机理,介绍了几种衍生物的合成。聚乙二醇4000是由乙二醇或水作引发基础物,加聚环氧乙烷得到的,它具有优良的通便效果。
This paper describes the Synthetic method and medical principle on PEG-4000 and derivative.It is obtained by polymerization of ethylene glycol and ethylene oxide.Clinical application Shows that PEG-4000 have Superior relarxing bowels property.
