目的通过实验确定阿昔洛韦注射液处方及制备方法。方法通过影响因素试验,对阿昔洛韦注射液性状、pH值、含量、有关物质进行考察,确定丙二醇用量、配制温度、灭菌参数、处方及制备方法。结果确定阿昔洛韦注射液处方及制备方法。结论阿昔洛韦注射液处方及制备方法稳定、简便、可行。

Objective To determine the prescription and preparation method of acyclovir injection.Methods the properties,pH,content and related substances of acyclovir injection were investigated by influencing factors test.The dosage of propylene glycol,preparation temperature,sterilization parameters,prescription and preparation method were determined.Results the prescription and preparation method of acyclovir injection were determined.Conclusion the formulation and preparation of acyclovir injection are stable,simple and feasible.
