摘要
当前,癌症已经成为对人类生命造成严重威胁的疾病之一,对抗肿瘤药物的研发迫在眉睫。海洋植物提取物海藻酸钠及其衍生物是一种安全性较高的天然高分子材料,通过免疫系统来控制肿瘤细胞的增殖以此达到抗肿瘤的作用,具有开发成抗肿瘤辅助药物的潜力。本文综述了海藻酸钠、海藻酸钠寡糖、海藻酸钠低聚糖衍生物及海藻酸钠肝靶向纳米前药在抗肿瘤活性方面的研究进展。
Currently,cancer has become one of the diseases that pose a serious threat to human life,and the research of anti-tumor drugs is urgent.Marine plant extracts of alginate are natural macromolecules with a high safety profile,which have the potential to be developed into antitumor supportive drugs by controlling the proliferation of tumor cells through the immune system.This article reviews the progress of SA,AOS,oligosaccharide derivatives of SA,and liver-targeted nanopreparatives of SA in the fight against cancer.
