詹森氏菌合成紫色杆菌素研究进展及应用 被引量:1

摘要 詹森氏菌是一类革兰氏阴性菌,可合成紫色杆菌素而呈现紫罗兰颜色。紫色杆菌素因具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、止痛及免疫调节等多种有益功能及生物活性受到关注和研究。詹森氏菌具有多种生物活性和功能,在医疗、农业、织物染色和环境修复等多个领域具有研究意义和潜在应用价值。本文从产紫色杆菌素等特征及分子水平的研究对詹森氏菌进行了介绍,并阐述了詹森氏菌在医疗等方面的应用前景。 The genus Janthinobacterium was a Gram-stain-negative and dark-violet color bacterium that synthesized violacein.Violacein was paid much attention due to its beneficial functions and biological activities,such as antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumour and analgesic immunomodulatory.Some research were performed on Janthinobacterium such as medical treatment,agriculture,fabric dyeing and environmental remediation.This article described some characteristics including violacen and molecular biological research of Janthinobacterium.The prospect on medical treatment field and the application were also discussed.
